Gates and Grills Costa Blanca offer you a finishing service to complete your iron, steel and all metal work.

These include:

Powder Coating – an oven baked combination of specialised anti-rust undercoat and 2 coats of powdered paint leaving a smooth clean finish. Available in matt, gloss, satin and metallic finishes. Comes with a 1 year guarantee.

Zinc Coating – a zinc powder is used and is applied electro statically and gives a brighter silver finish than galvanising. It has excellent anti rust qualities and comes with a 3 year guarantee. A colour powder coated top finish can also be added if required.

Galvanised Hot Dipping – as the term states, items are dropped into large vats of zinc and zinc-iron alloy. This coating fuses with the metal underneath becoming part of the surface it protects. This carries the highest antirust guarantee of 15 years. A colour powder coated top finish can also be added if required.
